Register for College Station Skateboard Competition

Attention all you College Station skateboard aficionados.  On Saturday, September 1st, the very first Come & Skate It skateboard competition will take place at the G Hysmith Skate Park (1520 Rock Prairie Rd) from 11am to 5pm.  Anyone interested in registering for this first College Station skateboard competition can do so now.

Participants will be competing in three main events: Lord of the Lines, Best Trick 4 Stair Selection and Best Trick 8 Stair/Rail/Bank Selection.  The optional side events consist of Doubles, Highest Ollie and Jame Session.  All participants must wear at least a safety helmet.  Wristguards, kneeguards and other safety equipment is encouraged as well, but not required.  The cost is just $10 for the three main events and an additional $5 for each optional side event.  The College Station skateboard competition will be broken down into two age groups: 15 years and younger and 16 years and older.  Prizes will be given to the winners in each category.  All pre-registered skateboarders will receive a shirt, goodie bag and wristband simply for competing.
