The Brazos Valley Fair & Expo in Bryan takes place September 6-9, 2012. There will be live music, carnival rides, agricultural exhibits, vendors, a rodeo and much, much more!The Brazos Valley Fair & Expo in Bryan takes place September 6-9, 2012 at 4827 Leonard Rd in Bryan, TX. The fair and expo was created as a fun, educational event for people of all ages.  There will be live music, carnival rides, agricultural exhibits, food and much, much more!

The fair in Bryan opens to the general public at 4pm on Thursday, September 6th.  There will be a petting zoo, pony rides and a mechanical bull in the West Pavillion.  Attendees to the fair and expo will have the chance to watch milking demonstrations, pig races, a hypnotist and stage coach rides throughout the 4-day event.  There are three rodeo events scheduled: Mutton Bustin’ (7:30 pm to 9:30pm Friday and Saturday and 2pm to 4pm on Sunday), the CPRA Rodeo (7pm to 9:30pm on Thursday and 7:30pm to 9:30pm on Friday and Saturday) and the Ranch Rodeo (2pm to 4pm on Sunday).

Live music will be performed on two stages: Bud Light Stage and Gospel Fest.  The Bud Light Stage will feature Cody Johnson from 10pm to 11pm Thursday followed by Fred Andrews & Honeybrowne from 11pm to 12am.  Brandon Rhyder lights up the stage from 10pm to 11:30pm on Friday and Grammy winner Rick Trevino takes to the stage from 10:30pm to 12am on Saturday.  The Gospel Fest takes place Sunday from 3pm to 6pm in the Ball Room.  All the concerts are free with the price of admission.

Daily ticket prices are just $10 for adults (ages 13+), $5 for kids (ages 4-12) and free to children under 4 years old.  Season passes for the entire 4 day event can be purchased for just $25 each (ages 4+).  Parking is also free.  While there is parking on-site, the Health Science Center on Hwy 47 will provide satellite parking.  A bus will run between the satellite parking area and the Brazos Valley Fair and Expo in Bryan Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. Carnival rides are $1 per ticket (some rides take more than one ticket), $25 for an all day wristband pass and $60 for a Mega Pass that allows you admission to any ride any time during the entire four day fair.

The Brazos Valley Fair & Expo in Bryan will be open from 4pm to 12am on Thursday and Friday, 10am to 12am on Saturday and 11am to 8pm on Sunday, with the carnival staying open until 10pm on Sunday. This really is a fun way to spend time with the family as well as learn more about science and agriculture in our Bryan community.  As a non-profit organization, any money raised above the expenses of the fair will be set aside for future fairs in the Bryan area.
